MISCELLANEOUS

There are (2) Liquidation squares, LIQUIDATE BULLION and LIQUIDATE ASSETS.

LIQUIDATE BULLION 

Players that land on the LIQUIDATE BULLION square may sell Gold Bullion directly to the Bank for a 25% discount (loss), there is no commission paid to any broker.  The value is based on the current GOLDFIX, and there is no change to the GOLDFIX.

LIQUIDATE ASSETS

Players that land on the LIQUIDATE ASSETS square has the option to sell any asset(s), other than gold bullion, associated with a single mine.  This could include MINE LEASE, HEADGEAR and DRILL REPORT, and everything connected to the selected mine is sold back to the bank for a 25% discount (loss) based on the current GOLDFIX.

OVERHEADS

Players that land on the OVERHEADS square must pay a maintenance fee for each HEADGEAR they own, based on the current GOLDFIX.
